Ingredients For Pav Bhaji
- Potato - 2 pcs
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower - 3/4 cup
- Carrot - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1pcs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 2pcs
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Red chili - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander - Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Oil, butter - 2 tbsp
- Green coriander - 2 tbsp
- Pav buns - 8
Pav Bhaji Recipe Ingredients
- Wash all the vegetables which are given in the ingredients thoroughly with water and pat them with a cloth and cut them into small pieces.

- Take a pan, put it on low flame on the gas and put 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee in it and let it get hot, now add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry till the onion turns golden brown. Lets do it!
- Add chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum and salt.
- Fry capsicum and tomato till they become soft.

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala.
- Stirring with a spoon, cook for 1 minute and then add 3-4 cups of water and mix it well, then let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the boiled vegetables and 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Mix well and let it cook for 5-6 minutes! Now after testing the bhaji, if salt particles are found, then add salt according to your taste and mix well! Now turn off the gas and garnish the vegetable with chopped coriander.

Cut the pav buns from the center with the help of a knife, cut them in such a way that they remain attached to one side! Now put a pan on the gas and keep the gas on medium, put 1 table spoon of butter on the pan and make a pav on it. And roast till it becomes light brown from both the sides and serve in a plate!
